How Working With Us Works
Every service on this page follows the same path. You speak directly with the agency, not a call center, and you know what we are going to do before we do it.
Step 1
Free consultation
Call, email, or use the confidential intake form. We listen, tell you whether we can help, and explain the first step. The quote is given during that call.
Step 2
Signed retainer
Work begins after you sign a retainer agreement that spells out the scope, so there are no surprises about what we will and will not do.
Step 3
Investigation
Records research, interviews, surveillance, or installations, depending on the service, using lawful methods only.
Step 4
Updates and written report
We keep you informed as the case moves and close with a chronological written report, with timestamped photos and video where surveillance was involved.
Where We Work and What the Law Allows
Private investigator firms in Indiana are licensed under Indiana Code IC 25-30 by the Private Investigator and Security Guard Licensing Board. Our license is PI22500020, which you can confirm on the Indiana license search. Surveillance, in-person verification, installations, and process serving happen in Indiana. Online skip tracing, nationwide background checks, and records research are done from our Indiana office for clients anywhere in the United States, with a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
We do not hold a Kentucky license. We will not pretext for phone or bank records, hack accounts, record conversations we are not part of, trespass, or place a GPS tracker on a vehicle you have no legal right to track. No honest investigator can promise that evidence will win a case, and we don’t.
Service Areas
Based in Floyd County, we work throughout Southern Indiana and the rest of the state. See the Southern Indiana hub or a town page: Greenville · New Albany · Jeffersonville · Clarksville · Corydon · Bloomington · Indianapolis · Evansville · Louisville, KY metro · All service areas
